The University of Huddersfield played host to Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh as part of a visit to West Yorkshire.   Darnton Elgee were delighted that during her visit the Queen unveiled a foundation stone for the institution’s new Creative Arts Building, for which the practice is acting as Architect. Her Majesty unveiled the Foundation Stone to applause from an assembled crowd.   When constructed, the structure will be a modern home for students studying music and music technology, fashion, creative imaging, multimedia and business design awareness. The building will provide exciting and inspirational teaching and research facilities for music and the creative arts courses. Permalink |  Trackback
