This project includes the new-build of residential accommodation for use in conjunction with new build teaching and training facilities.
Included within the teaching building are a resource centre, teaching spaces, library, breakout space and coffee area.
Residential accommodation includes 102 bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities. Also included are a gym, relaxation area, reception area, residents lounge and laundry, all set in landscaped grounds.
High sustainable credentials were achieved with off site construction methodologies employed including wall panels, WC pods and ground beams. Natural materials such as cedar cladding, natural aluminium, timber and render are used whilst sustainable drainage techniques are also designed into the scheme.
