A project to convert and refurbish former college accommodation within the town centre of Barnsley.
The project converts the existing building to provide space for the provision of Higher Education courses under the auspices of the University of Huddersfield.
Sustainable factors have been included within the design, with bio-mass boilers being utilised within the scheme.
