A landmark flagship facility for the University - The Creative Arts Building.
The design philosophy for the building focuses on sustainability and high environmental credentials. Analysis has resulted in the creation of a durable, low energy, low carbon and low maintenance building.
The Music centre includes Practice and Rehearsal rooms, recording studios and a theatre space. Seminar and Learning Zones included.
The Arts accommodation incorporates extensive studios, lecture rooms and teaching spaces. Minimal circulation space is incorporated in the scheme and full use of breakout space is made along with built in flexibility of the spaces to allow change of use and size.
