| | Services:_ | Architecture  | The scheme is formed around the Grade II Listed Grange, originally the 19th Century Union Workhouse and latterly part of the City Hospital, Huntington, York.
The building had been vacant for seventeen years, and whilst structurally sound, had been vandalised and suffered damage by water ingress and was thoroughly infested with dry rot.
The shells were totally refurbished, re roofed in natural slate, new windows exactly matching original profiles fitted, all infected timber removed and replaced and all remaining timber and walls treated against dry rot.
